Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (ALB- FT) - Responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer with coordinating, scheduling, and the day to day management of the office's communication, meetings, interacting with staff, volunteers, the general community and other stakeholders such as government agencies, private foundations, the Catholic Church, Catholic Charities USA, other associations and individual donors in the community. Assists with special projects addressing situations of mutual concern to Catholic Charities and other stakeholders such as local, state and federal government, civic organizations, the community, and other collaborators. Primary liaison to the Board of Directors in facilitating communication, meetings and special events. Maintains board reports, meeting minutes, biographies, and schedules and distributes invitations to events. Communicates and assists board with their responsibilities and duties. Coordinates senior management meetings and record keeping. Coordinates and tracks the schedule for the CEO.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts degree in related field required, such as public administration, business, economics, management, nonprofit administration; Masters’ degree preferred. Or minimum of three years of experience in related filed required. Work experience equivalent or leading up to the performance of the position's duties and requirement will be considered in lieu of education supporting a similar executive position in an organization of similar or larger size. Demonstrated experience in support of a similar position, conducting human research, local economic research, and government programs/funding, participating in program development/implementation activities. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Compensation/Benefits: Pay range is $18.85 - $20.36 per hour ($39,208 - $42,348 annually), DOE. Catholic Charities’ provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and PTO benefits.

Administrative Assistant II (ALB- FT) in the Human Resources Department is responsible for effective execution of HR support functions including recruiting, researching employment laws, policies, procedures, reporting, compliance, and administrative functions. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential; and maintains an awareness of federal and state employment related laws and regulations. Updates HRIS with employee changes/data entry as needed. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other relevant field preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required. Three years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified required. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications and HR-related systems. Able to prioritize work and work efficiently while constantly adapting to changing priorities. Exceptional people and communication skills (both verbal and written); bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Catholic Diocese of Las Cruces, NM, is accepting applications for the position of diocesan director of Development Foundation and Stewardship. Candidates should have professional experience in the various components of a comprehensive stewardship and development program, including conducting an annual appeal; managing a planned giving program; diocesan stewardship program; and serving as a resource to parishes, schools, and ministries for capital campaigns, increased operating income needs and grant writing. Travel required.
